Arnica Gel
Uses: bruising and sore muscles
First make Arnica Oil:
2 cup dried arnica flowers
1 cup coconut oil
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup hemp seed oil
Stir ingredients in small crock pot and cover. Heat on LOW for 48 hours.

Use Arnica Oil to make gel:
1 oz Arnica Oil
1 oz Aloe Vera
1/2 tsp Vegetable Glycerin
2 drops Lavender EO
4 drops Helichrysum EO
2 drops Geranium EO
Blend with aerator and pour into 2 oz bottle.
